Chef crafted meal and his presence for duration of meal service
Dinnerware as needed such as china, silverware and additional glassware if needed
Break down + clean up
Not Included : Linen and/or specialty glassware for wine pairings
*Gorgeous Maui sunsets are free of charge during your meal
Labor
Charged during our time on premise at your event
One Server per 6 guests $20 / hour
For Parties of 20 or more one Banquet Captain $30/ hour
Bartender Services $35 / hour
Dishwasher for parties over 8 or with multiple courses $20 / hour
*Depending on party size and menu Kitchen help may be required $25 / hour
For Parties of 16 or more a service charge may be applied for the use of additional china, silver, glassware and linen needed. This will be covered in proposal and contract.
